If McCain wins because of all the Conservatives in the southern and midwestern states, can the West Coast and East Coast secede?

Perhaps you won’t like this but thats a ridiculous stance. First, I support Obama, second, I’d like to live in a democracy where people can vote for who the hell they want to. I live in the Midwest (just moved here after 8 yrs in New York City) and love it out here just as much as anywhere. Liberals are no better than fascists until we learn to respect differing ideas within America.
I know the usual talking points but its time to grow up and realise that all politicians are still fucking politicians. Hope and fucking change don’t exist in government. Also, please stop being a hateful person toward fellow americans just because they feel McCain would make a better leader.
The US is a democracy and if McCain wins the majority vote its time to stop whining about the hicks in the flyover state and perhaps accept that people don’t think the way you do. If Obama wins which is I hope likely, then the same applies to those that voted for the loser.
Either way, I’m embarressed by the hate emanating from the left.
